The staff at this venue was extremely helpful and I had no complaints at all.

It has a marvellous location close to Close to city walls, the old town, and Lucca and the surrounds.

I was happy with hotel's good and stunning location in a lovely neighborhood. Location: the venue was not far from the historical part of Lucca, and Lucca historic center. And there was Felix Street Food with short-orders around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue, super convenient. Tbh, had a comfortable stay on vacation: )

The rooms with great bathrooms along with a fantastic location in a charming neighborhood make this place a wonderful choice.

This place has brand-new rooms in a charming neighborhood with very helpful staff and a nice setting, perfect for a stroll to Jackpot in about 15 minutes.

Centrally located in the heart of a historical district, this place is only a stone's throw away from the ancient city walls. 🏰 the convenience of being in such a prime spot cannot be overlooked.

The room and bathroom were brand-new, well-appointed, with a luxurious shower, hairdryers, and a bidet.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern apartment just outside the walls of Lucca. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk into the old town, yet on a quiet residential street. The apartment was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The free parking facilities were a great bonus. The continental breakfast, with delicious pastries, was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay in Lucca.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and the location was fantastic being very close to the Museum of Torture and near both the airport and the historical district.

The venue fulfilled all our needs, boasting a great location near the city center and friendly staff making everything pleasant.

The location was comfortable, just a short 10-15 minute walk from Porta di Santa Maria. My hotel room was nicely decorated with a spacious bathroom and espresso provided. - the staff were excellent and exceptionally nice every time I interacted with them.

The spacious modern rooms were perfect for our Christmas getaway. the complimentary breakfast served in the room each morning was a great touch, with delicious pastries, coffee and juice. the location just a stone's throw away from the city walls made it easy for us to take long walks around the town. Plus, the free parking was a huge convenience.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the reception staff. They assisted with our luggage and provided detailed information about the facilities and attractions in the city. the rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including plates and cups. The location was also a major advantage, as it was only a short 4-minute walk to the city entrance. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and served in generous portions, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

Instead, each apartment was a single space with only a separate bathroom. This was a disappointment, as we had expected to be able to separate our group, consisting of two couples.

The value for money at this hotel was really good. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town. The staff were friendly, helpful, and were really good too ensure we had a great stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by providing a hot coffee option instead of just coffee capsules with bottled milk.
